The information and opinions on this site are believed to be accurate based on the research available to the owner of The Natural Group. This website is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

If you believe you have a medical condition and have not been diagnosed, please seek the advice of your healthcare provider. You should not use any information on this site to Diagnose, Treat an ailment or Prescribe medication for any disease or health problem. You assume all risk if you fail to consult the proper health professional.

The Natural Chi has been approved by the TGA and does not intend to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease. Please read all packaging labels. You must take full responsibility to do all the necessary research before you attempt to change any therapies that you are currently prescribed.

+ Import duty and taxes

Important Notice to Foreign Buyers located outside Australia.

All items sold on this website, whether they're being shipped to a country other than Australia or not, are sold inclusive of GST (General Sales Tax), but exclusive of import duty and taxes. On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods, noting the GST component of the purchase clearly. We do not under-declare values, or mark goods as a ‘gift’.

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that it is your responsibility to obtain a refund of the GST component of the good. Further, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Our international carrier will be notified if there is any additional amount owing and will process this for you on your behalf. If any additional fees do apply to your order, a card will be delivered to the order’s shipping address stating that a parcel is waiting for you at your nearest Post Office. Anything owing will have to be paid direct to them.

If you decide not to pay these taxes, duties and fees when your parcel arrives, you remain responsible to us for the cost of the goods and outward shipping. If the goods are returned to us, you will owe us, additionally, for the return shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to your credit card.

In some countries, if you refuse your shipment, your Customs charge us for the duty you refused to pay! In that case, you are then liable to us for that duty. When applicable, goods will be taxed according to local taxes. For more details, please contact your country’s Customs department.

Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a general or special license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly in larger or commercial quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your national Customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your own national Customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibility alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you.

+ International pricing disclaimer

We cannot guarantee the accuracy , reliability, or completeness of the foreign currencies information displayed in the shopping cart prior to checkout. By this, we mean it may not always match due to fluctuation in exchange rates. However, rates are refreshed twice a day and pulled from http://www.xe.com. Further, international orders are charged at the time you place your order.

The foreign currency information is provided to you for general information purposes only. The final amount shown in your cart is in AUS Dollars. The product price does not include customs or duties or taxes that may be collectible by your country of residence. However, it does contain the 10% General Sales Tax denoted by the Australian government. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee. We will charge your credit card in AUS Dollars. Likewise, refunds will be issued in AUS Dollars. The refund amount may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuation in exchange rates.

+ Policy for returned, refused or seized order

Address or other customer error
If a package is returned to The Natural Group’s warehouse due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Customer refusal
If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), The Natural Group will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.

Customs seizure
If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when The Natural Group receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Destroyed or unreturned package
If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to The Natural Group, we cannot issue a refund for the order.

Missing or damaged items
Please contact us in writing within 24 hours of order delivery if there are any missing or damaged items. Make sure you include all the details, including order number, when you do so. We will get back to you within 2 business days with a response detailing what will happen next.

Violation of laws
If a package is returned to The Natural Groups’ warehouse due to violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to The Natural Group. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please Note: For any order returned to The Natural Group’s warehouse that is not as a result of an error made by The Natural Group or its shipping company, if the return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, The Natural Group will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.

+ The Natural Group Manufacturer's Warranty and Returns Policy

Our hope is that everyone who tries any of The Natural range of products will be very satisfied. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things can go wrong. In cases like that, here is the legal warranty information.

All of The Natural Group’s products are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty period. If you believe any of them are faulty, please contact our Customer Service Centre on +61 7 5500 8777 to verify you are still within the warranty period. Have your original order number ready to quote to the customer service operator.

For those who bought a product made by The Natural Group from a retail store, please keep your invoice as proof of commencement of the warranty period. If you return the product while under the warranty period, you will be asked to produce it.

Should your product require repairs within one year from the date of invoice, The Natural Group will repair or replace the product free of charge, though postage and handling fees will apply. Any repairs needed that extend beyond the warranty period may include a service fee. Please call us at The Natural Group for details.

Any warranty claims must be sent to 13 – 15 Ereton Drive, Arundel 4214, Queensland Australia and will be at your expense. When returning any of The Natural Group’s products, always enclose the original invoice, your details (including name, email address and billing address, as well as the shipping address, if applicable) and a contact telephone number. Please also state the nature of the fault.

The Natural Group accepts no responsibility for lost items. The Natural Group also reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More to Pay’ stamped on them. The Natural Group does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. The Natural Group does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.

The Natural Group recommends you read all safety and care instructions pertaining to the use of our products. It can all be found on this website and may also be in the packaging or emailed / mailed to you after purchase. Remember to keep the safety and care instructions in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.

+ 90 Day Money-Back Return Policy

Total Body Wellbeing In order to experience Total Body Wellbeing, you should have magnets under your head and neck as well. In an Anecdotal Client Survey conducted on over 9,000 clients from June 1998 to June 1999 (10,000 clients were asked to participate and 9,379 responded), the positive feedback was excellent. It was based on The Natural bioMagnetic Underlay and Pillow Protector being used together.

The Natural Group’s 90-Day Money-Back Policy is offered on joint use of The Natural bioMagnetic Underlay and Pillow Protectors. If you are not satisfied with the level of effectiveness of the Total Body Wellbeing package after 90 days of continuous use - in accordance with the instructions detailed in the Total Body Wellbeing section terms below – you may be eligible to return them for refund.

Our offer to refund the purchase price of the underlay is limited and is subject to the following conditions. Read these conditions carefully BEFORE using the Magnetic Underlay and Magnetic Pillow Protectors.

As far as this policy is concerned, the term “Total Body Wellbeing” means The Natural bioMagnetic Underlay and The Natural bioMagnetic Pillow Protectors were purchased concurrently and used in conjunction with each other. As we currently offer them free with our underlays, this is easily achieved.

Terms and Conditions The Money-Back Policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Total Body Wellbeing package must be:

(a) purchased and used concurrently; and

(b) used continuously in accordance with the instructions provided within the Total Body Wellbeing section for the 90-day period commencing on the date of the purchase receipt or, in the case of online orders, from the date of receipt that is confirmed by the signature required for delivery.

  1. Washing the underlay before returning it will void the 90-Day Money-Back Warranty. Please make sure you do not wash it if you wish to ensure you retain this option.

  2. A client who wishes to return the Total Body Wellbeing package must do so by:

(a) telephoning The Natural Group on +61 7 5500 8777 within 10 days of the completion of the 90-day trial period; and

(b) obtaining a Return Confirmation Number.

  1. Upon receipt of the Return Confirmation Number, a client must forward (at the client’s own expense) all the following - by registered mail or courier:

(a) The Total Body Wellbeing package (magnetic underlay and magnetic pillow protector/s);

(b) Any FREE products included with goods at the time of purchase;

(c) Name;

(d) Address;

(e) Return Confirmation Number; and

(f) Original receipt of purchase (a photocopy of the original receipt of purchase is not acceptable) to the following address: PO Box 364, Arundel DC Qld 4214.

  1. Upon receipt of all of the items listed in clause 3, The Natural Group will forward to the client a refund in accordance with the amount attributable to the Total Body Wellbeing package appearing on the original receipt of purchase, less an administration & handling fee of $29.95, GST inclusive.

  2. Refund payments will be made by cheque only and will be processed 30 days after receipt of all the items listed in clause 3 by The Natural Group.

  3. Any FREE products not returned with the purchased products intended for refund, will be deducted from the refunded amount at either the recommended retail prices or the full online prices per item, whichever is more applicable to the original purchase.

  4. If you do not understand the limits of the Money-Back Policy set out in this document, please contact +61 7 5500 8777 prior to using the Total Body Wellbeing package.

  5. Nothing in this policy limits the Client’s rights under the terms of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or under relevant consumer sales of goods legislation.

If you bought your bioMagnetic Underlay and/or Pillow Protector/s from a store and would like to return them to obtain a refund, please contact The Natural Group directly. The store you bought it from will not give you your money back, because this is a promise made by us to you.

The Natural bioMagnetic does not claim to cure degenerative diseases or any other condition. If symptoms persist, please consult your doctor. Pregnant women and individuals with pacemakers, insulin pumps or other critical or implanted electronic devices should obtain advice from their doctor before using magnetic products.

+ Privacy Policy and Disclosure

The Natural Group is sensitive to privacy issues and we treat all personal and private information we receive, including that from the internet, with the utmost care.

You can be certain that any information we collect about you will always be treated as strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will your name be sold on to others for use as mailing lists.

Collection - General

  • The Natural Group will only collect your personal information by lawful, fair and non-intrusive means, as far as possible, from you personally and then only where the information is necessary.
  • When we do so, we will ensure that you know who we are, how to contact us and the purposes for which the information is collected.

Collection – Internet

  • You can visit The Natural Group on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers will collect your time and date of visit, your server IP address, pages you viewed and your domain name. We use this data to measure the use of our site and to improve its content.
  • Where more personal information is needed (e.g. your name and address) we will try and let you know at the time how it will be used. Generally, it is used by us only to respond to your enquiry, process an order or allow you to access specific account information.
