We take great care with all the products we create, all the way from intense research and development to the actual manufacturing process. We choose the very best materials we can find and ensure that everything matches a strict Quality Control Process. We pay a lot of attention to detail, as we believe that it can be the little things that make all the difference. For example, sewing each magnetic in individually so they don’t slide around and it’s easier to wash our magnetic underlays and magnetic pillow protectors. As your wellbeing is very important to us, we have laid out our major Customer Service policies in a simple, easy to understand way.

However, sometime, despite our best efforts, things can go wrong. In cases like that, here is the legal warranty information.If you have any questions that are not answered by the information below, please do not hesitate to contact us.


OUR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

The Natural bioMagnetic’s Deluxe Wool or Pure Cotton magnetic underlays and magnetic pillow protectors are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty period. If you wish to return your purchase of The Natural bioMagnetic, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 07 5500 8777 to verify that you are still within the warranty period.

Please keep your invoice as proof of commencement of the warranty period. If you return the magnitic product while under the warranty period, you will be asked to produce it.

If you believe your magnetic underlay or magnetic pillow protector is faulty, please call our Customer Service Centre and follow their directions. Have your original order number ready to quote to the customer service operator.

Should your product require repairs within one year from the date of invoice, The Natural Group will repair or replace the magnetic product free of charge, though postage and handling fees will apply. Any repairs needed that extend beyond the warranty period may include a service fee. Please call us at The Natural Group for details.

Any warranty claims must be sent to the return address and will be at your expense. When returning magnetic products, always enclose the original invoice, your details (including name and address, as well as the address you had the product sent to, if it was different), your order number and a contact telephone number. Please also state the nature of the fault.

The Natural Group accepts no responsibility for lost items. The Natural Group also reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.

The Natural Group does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. The Natural Group does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.

The Natural Group recommends that all you read all safety and care instructions to using The Natural bioMagnetic underlays or pillow protectors. Remember to keep the safety and care instructions in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.
