OUR RETURN POLICY

Our hope is that everyone who tries any of The Natural range of products will be totally satisfied. But we understand that occasionally there are problems or reasons you would like to exchange or return on of our products. Outlined below are a range of ways that we are happy to help.

If you want, or need, to return a product to The Natural Group for any reason, contact The Natural Group directly on 07 5500 8777. If you purchased the product from a retail outlet, you will still need to contact The Natural Group to arrange the return.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The Natural Group use Australia Post for all deliveries. One of the reasons for this is security - all deliveries must be signed for by the purchaser. If the purchaser is not at the given delivery address, a notification card is left at the address, with the package available to be collected and signed for at the nearest nominated Post Office outlet.
